Mendoza

In Argentina, Mendoza province, there is a small district called Coquimbito located in Maipú. Coquimbito is situated in one of the seven Wine paths (Caminos del Vino). At just 19 km away from Mendoza city you can find this antique and petite winery.
There, wines are made, in a manual way, and according to the area’s tradition. Baquero Bros. produces natural varietal wines.
Wines are made in barrels. These recipients are made of French oak wood. The wine is kept safely there from 2 to 3 months before being bottled.

Ground: Franco arenoso.
Variedades: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon y Criolla.
Riego: Por goteo.
Cosecha: Manual.
