In 1996 we started in the wine industry. We decided to buy a former warehouse, built in 1939 - La Consulta, San Carlos. A happy idea of a visit to the region in which we discovered the potential of their region for the production of high quality wines.
We learned the craft of doing vitivinicultores as the technological renovation of the winery and at the same time, we began a careful and strict work on the vineyards.
From the beginning our goal has been the development of high quality wines, which are of interest to the curious and avid drinker of different experiences.
Vineyards: Altitude: 1,100 meters.
Soil: Sandy Franco.
Total area: 150 hectares of vineyards themselves. 50 hectares of vineyards of others.
Location: Altamira, San Carlos.
Area planted: 85 acres.
Driving: Parral and espalier.
Varieties: Malbec, Syrah, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Torrontes.
Comment: Annual production: 80,000 bottles.
Vessel capacity: 1,600,000 liters.
Stainless steel: 70,000 liters.
French oak barrels and American: 160 barrels.
Stowage capacity: 400,000 bottles.
